Rohit Sharma : Hey guys, I need help with changing my bank account details in the BTW Win Game. I tried looking in the settings, but couldn’t find anything. Can someone guide me step by step? Thanks in advance!

Priya Verma

Hey Rohit! No worries, I can help you out. Changing your bank details in BTW Win Game is actually very similar to the process in BTW Win Game. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Log in to the BTW Win Games self-service center.
2. Click on the Customer Service icon.
3. From there, choose the option “Change Bank Details”.
4. Fill in your old bank details (like old bank name, account number, IFSC code, and beneficiary name).
5. Now, fill in your new bank details (new bank name, account number, IFSC code, etc.).
6. Upload the required documents:
7. Old passbook
8. New passbook
9. Latest deposit slip 1
10. Latest deposit slip 2
11. PDF bank statement
12. Finally, click “Confirm” to complete the process.

It will take a while for the system to verify everything, but once done, your bank details will be updated. Let me know if you need more clarification! 😊

Thanks for the detailed answer, Priya! I’ve been wondering the same thing for a while. One question though—what happens if I upload an incorrect document? Will it delay the process?

Priya Verma

Good question, Aman! If you upload incorrect documents, the system may flag them, and your request will be delayed. Sometimes, they may even ask you to re-upload the right documents. So make sure everything is correct before confirming. I hope this helps! 😊

Rakesh Gupta

I’ve done this process a couple of times, and it’s pretty straightforward. Just be sure to double-check your IFSC code, as one wrong digit can cause a delay. Also, remember that the process is the same for BTW Win Game too!

Neha Singh

Thanks, Rakesh! I was just about to ask if it’s the same for BTW Win Game, so that’s a relief! I was worried the process might differ. Can you also tell me how long it usually takes for the system to update your details?

Rakesh Gupta

No problem, Neha! Usually, it takes anywhere from 2 to 3 business days for the system to update your bank details. It depends on how fast they verify the documents. If you don’t see any update after that, you can always contact customer service for assistance.

Akash Patel

Hey everyone! I’ve been through this process too. One tip I can give is to make sure you upload the PDF bank statement in the required format (usually PDF). Sometimes, JPG or other formats might get rejected.

Rakesh Gupta

That’s a great point, Akash! I’ve faced that issue before, where I uploaded a JPG, and it was rejected. Always stick to the PDF format for the bank statement. It’ll save you time and frustration.

Suman Kumar

Wow, I didn’t know about the PDF format thing! I was uploading screenshots of my bank statement earlier. 😅 Thank you so much for pointing that out, Akash! This thread is really helpful!

Aman Yadav

Thanks for all the tips, guys! I followed everything Priya and Rakesh mentioned, and it worked perfectly. Just wanted to drop a quick thank you! 😊

Anjali Kapoor

I have one more question. Does anyone know if I need to update my bank account every time I change my bank or just once? Will I need to follow this process again in the future?

Priya Verma

Good question, Anjali! You only need to update your bank account details once unless you change your bank again. After updating, the system will store your details for future transactions, so no need to repeat the process unless there’s another change in your bank account.

Neha Singh

Thank you, Priya! That clears up everything. I was about to change my bank again, but now I know I don’t need to unless there’s an issue. Appreciate all the help!

Rohit Sharma

Thanks a ton, everyone! The process went smoothly, and I’ve updated my bank details successfully! Special thanks to Priya, Rakesh, and everyone else for their detailed answers. This thread is awesome! 😁
