Ankit Sharma : Hey guys, I’m facing an issue. I haven’t received my deposit in the BTW Win Game. I’m really confused about what to do. Anyone faced this problem before? Please help me out.

Hey Ankit, don’t worry, it happened to me too a while ago. I followed a simple process to get my issue resolved. Check your wallet first in the BTW Win Game app to make sure the money isn’t showing up yet. If it’s still missing, go to the customer support section and find the option that says “Deposit not received.” Enter all the details like your game ID, the amount deposited, the UTR number, and your payment proof. Submit the issue and then track your progress in the “Verify Issue Progress” section. It should work! 😊

Hey Ankit, another thing you can try is checking your bank statement to see if the transaction was successful from your side. Sometimes the delay is on the payment gateway’s end. If you have the payment proof, that will definitely help you with the support ticket.

@Rohit Kumar If you haven’t received it yet, make sure you didn’t enter the wrong game ID or UTR number. That happened to me once, and after re-submitting everything correctly, I got my deposit within 24 hours. Hope it works out for you too!
